Ad Tow Cancellation/Refund Policy
For a full refund, Adventure Tow guests must cancel their reservation a full 2 weeks (14 days) prior to local pick-up time. If guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the first day is non-refundable, but remaining days will be 50% refunded. If the guest cancels within 24 hrs of departure date, cancels upon arrival, or returns from trip early, the days remaining will not be refunded. If camper is not able to be used because the renter does not have the proper insurance, or trailer hook-ups (wiring, hitch, towing capacity, etc), it is the responsibility of the renter to get them installed, and no refunds will be given for any days that cannot be used. If the Adventure Tow trailer has a malfunctioning connection, the renter will be refunded for any days lost in their reservation while necessary fixes are made to the trailer. A $500 refundable security deposit is collected upon checkout, and will be refunded minus any damages fees within 24 hours of checking the camper back in, and minus any transaction fees (from Paypal, Auth.net, etc). The renter is responsible for the full value of the camper ($5,000), so it is strongly encouraged that you add the trailer to your damage/collision insurance prior to renting. Cancellations must either be made via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-800-567-6896. Cleaning fees are always refunded if guest does not check in. Deposits are always refunded if guest does not check-in. Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
